Will my original keys still work with my car after programming a remote start key fob?

Of course! By programming your remote start key fob, you are simply programming an additional key to the immobiliser module, any keys previously programmed to the car will still work as normal. 

Do any of your products void my new car warranty?

No! None of our products void or affect any warranties on your vehicle. Manufacturers new car warranty for both Ford and Volkswagen state that any consequential damages to vehicle components as a result of modifications, will not be covered. ALL of our products and services do NOT cause any damages, faults or failures to any single component or module onboard your vehicle. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. 

Do you offer warranty on your products?

Yes, we offer a 12 month warranty on all of our products that covers for manufacturing defects within the products.

How do I install your products?

Our products are designed for easy installation, often requiring no special tools or expertise. Detailed installation instructions are included with each product. Additionally, our customer support team is available to assist with any questions you may have during the installation process.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For items shipped to the European Union, a 14-day cooling-off period applies.

How long does shipping take?

All purchases made before 1pm on Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day from our Gold Coast, QLD warehouse. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

We recommend inspecting your order upon reception. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Can I exchange an item?

While we do not facilitate direct exchanges, the fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new product once the return is accepted.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Do you offer international shipping?
